Spanish services detained a 23-year-old man who was planning a terrorist attack. A list of Islamic State target and ingredients needed to produce a powerful explosive was founded in his home.

The detention was carried out on Saturday by the Spanish police in Parla, near Madrid. According to El Mundo was the Spanish man of Moroccan origin. He had a lisf of names and documentation about Spanish infrastructure. Police assume that these were the targets of Islamic State attacks and this man was one of the first detained jihadists to find a list of the ISIS targets. The detainee is probably the main author of the Muntasir Media, media platform, an unofficial ISIS news channel. Its help Islamist propaganda was spread and films announcing the bombings were published.

This is not the first thwarted attack in Spain this year. In April, Spanish and Moroccan police detained a jihadist in Marocco suspected of planning a bloody bombing on a procession in Seville.
